The No. 21 blade is a larger version of the No. 10 with a curved cutting edge and a flat unsharpened back edge. Used for orthopedic and general surgical procedures. Besides its traditional surgical applications, it is also used in the cosmetic industry. It is excellent for professional gentle and precise removal of softened calluses. A #4 size scalpel handle is required for use.
